A single-storey rear extension on a period brick house in [town], creating an open-plan kitchen and family space that opens straight onto a new garden.

- Single-storey rear extension with a flat roof and rooflight
- Black-framed bifold doors and a frameless picture window
- Handleless kitchen with an island and lit open shelving
- Dark herringbone flooring throughout the ground floor
- Glazed partition and Crittall-style internal door
- New paved patio and raised brick planters
