We can offer our architectural services as a standalone service: the drawings you need for planning permission and building regulations, whether or not we go on to build it.

Planning for Ware, Hertford and Stanstead Abbotts is handled by East Hertfordshire District Council. Hoddesdon and Cheshunt fall under the Borough of Broxbourne. The national rules are on the Planning Portal.
Common questions
Can you just do the drawings?
Yes. Our architectural service is available on its own, and you’re free to use the drawings with any builder.
