Refurbish all or part of your property and create a completely new home without the need to move. We manage the whole job, from knocking through to the final finishes.
What a renovation can include
- Knocking through walls to open up the layout (with steel beams where needed)
- New kitchens and bathrooms
- Replastering, rewiring and new heating
- New flooring, including herringbone and engineered wood
- Glazed partitions and Crittall-style internal doors
- Full redecoration

Common questions
How do you renovate a house?
Start with a clear plan of what you want to change and your budget. Then the order matters: structural work and layout changes first, then wiring, plumbing and heating, then plastering, then kitchens, bathrooms, flooring and decoration. We plan and run that sequence for you.
Can we live in the house during a renovation?
Often, yes, if the work is phased. For a full renovation with no working kitchen or bathroom, some families move out for part of the job. We’ll talk it through at the planning stage.
